How do I order?
Simply by going trough the ordering steps. We will do our best to deliver within 3 working days and will send you the invoice separately.
Within 14 days of delivery, the products can be easily returned to our distribution centre. The item has to be returned complete and in the original packaging, in original condition and the original receipt or confirmation has to be provided (not a photocopy). In return, we will then send a credit note of the products that came back.
My order is incomplete or damaged. What can I do?
Please make a note on the packing slip and call us as soon as possible about this inconvenience. Our customer service will take your details and the items details and organise for them to be replaced.
Can I use a different delivery address than the billing address?
